May 7th is World Password Day, a great reminder to change and strengthen your passwords.

Year after year, passwords are the main cause of data breaches. The best defense would be a strong password that you have never used before. You should also include:

  • Passphrases (password complexity is dead)
  • Unique passwords
  • Password managers
  • MFA (multi-factor authentication), often called two-factor authentication or two-step verification
